Our gourmet sausages are made from pork sourced from free range woodland pigs, maturing in their natural habitat right here in Buckinghamshire.
We only use natural ingredients and casings to make our sausages, using a careful mixture of belly and shoulder pork to ensure each sausage is juicy and flavourful.
