Dry Cured Bacon


Artisanal dry cured bacon, sliced and cured by traditional butchers based in Buckinghamshire.

We prefer to use natural, unprocessed ingredients in our products as we believe this gives them an authentic, traditional taste.

All of our bacon is cured using 100 million-year-old coarse rock salt mined from the Bavarian Alps in Germany. This salt is known to contain rare minerals as well as naturally occurring residual nitrate which gives our bacon it's incredible colour.
